„Aresgas“ EAD e sole owner of the company for design and construction of facilities, equipment and transportation facilities for natural gas – „Black Sea Gas Company“ EOOD – Varna (BSGC EOOD).
The company has strong positions and is certified in the design of distribution networks, building gas installations and facilities for the use of natural gas to residential, commercial, public and office buildings and construction and servicing of gas distribution networks and facilities in the system for quality management and environment (BNS ISO 14001: 2005) and a system for managing health and safety at work (BNS ISO 18001: 2007). Holds certificates respectively TBEMS № 153 and № 154 TB OHSAS valid until 20.12.2012.
BSGC EOOD has specialists in the design of pipeline systems. All engineers in the gas distribution networks are members of the Chamber of Architects and Design Engineers.
The projects comply with the requirements reflected in all Bulgarian regulations and standards to high-risk equipment and also meet the introduced European standards relating to the activities. The projects combine technically sound solutions and economic viability, ensuring trouble-free operation and fire.
Activity of the company is also designing and construction of gas regulating and measuring boards, crane units and other facilities. Since its establishment until the company has designed a total of 336,890 meters. Transmission and distribution pipelines for natural gas and related facilities. Due to the fact that under the Law on technical requirements for products, these infrastructure projects are „high-risk facilities“ all assigned projects are performed at a high professional level with extreme precision.
Since 2008, the status of the company changed as to its activities add „Construction of pipeline installations.“ The company is registered in the Central Register of Professional Builders and holds a certificate № III – 001547 issued by the Construction Chamber in Bulgaria.
„Black Sea Gas Company“ EOOD as a representative of the licensee „Aresgas“ EAD has exclusive rights to carry out construction and maintenance of gas pipelines throughout the regions. Thus closes the loop design-construction-operation.
